  • How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

Thank you so much for your order! After payment confirmation please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

  • How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped using courier service DSV. Once collected you will receive shipment email with your tracking number. You can track & trace your order here. Delivery time is approx. 2-3 business days.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

Snapscan & Payfast (Secure Instant EFT, Credit Card & Bitcoin payments).

  • What is the advantage of creating an account when checking out?

When you create an account, your information is kept securely, speeding up the checkout process for future orders.
